Paul Johnson
Chef
With a career that spans over 32 years in prestigious country house hotels in the Lake District, working to two-rosette standards and crafting everything from fresh-baked breads to handmade chocolates. After decades of experience, he returned home to bring his passion for exceptional, handcrafted food back to Newton Aycliffe.
Christian Ilies
Chef
Chris trained in Romania before spending 17 years in Dubai, including working with Armani at the Burj Khalifa and earning a Golden Award for Cheffing in 2006. After moving to the UK, he spent a decade as a head chef within a major bistro brand, later working across the country with Tomahawk before bringing his international expertise to Woodham Golf Club.
